01. HOW CAN I MAKE AN ORDER?
Buying on the VIVARAH Online Store is very simple: to find what interests you, use the specific
links of the category “Bikini”, “One-piece Swimsuit”, “Resortwear”, “Party Collection”.
Once you find the product you want to order, select the size and click on “BUY” to add it to the
shopping bag. You can view the selected products by clicking on ‘Shopping Bag’ in the upper right
part of the page. From the Shopping Bag you can directly change the quantity of products to buy,
remove them if you have changed your mind or add them to your Wishlist. To complete the order,
simply click on “Checkout” and go to the shipping and payment data compilation stage.

02. SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?

ORDER?
Each order can be sent to a single address. If there are gifts or products in your order that need
shipping to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.

11. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipping. So, please make sure you
provide an address where you can be found at the time of delivery based on the specified delivery
times, when you enter the shipping information when you place the order.

12. CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
It is not possible to change orders or add products to an existing order.

13. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND WHEN PAYMENT WILL BE
CHARGED?
Once the online purchase process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email to the address
used to place the order. Your payment will be debited to your credit or debit card at the time of
order confirmation.

14. AFTER HOW LONG WILL MY ORDERS BE PROCESSED?
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11.00 am will be processed
the same day, those made subsequently will leave our warehouse the next day. The expected
shipping times are to be considered as indicative only, as we are not responsible for any delays
caused by credit card payment authorization processes. Once your order has been shipped, you
will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a reference number to track
the shipment of your order.
